Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:-

  • As an Associate, you’ll be part of a problem-solving team, assisting in the resolution of complex business issues ranging from strategy to execution.
  • Invite and provide constructive feedback in the moment.
  • Effectively share and collaborate with others.
  • When problems or opportunities arise, identify them and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Data and information should be handled, manipulated, and analysed responsibly.
  • Follow risk management and compliance policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • You must have a degree in a technology-related discipline, such as computer science, software engineering, math, physics, or artificial intelligence, or you must have one year of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with data query or programming languages such as SQL, C#, Java, and/or Python would be advantageous.
  • Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Confident in communicating complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to extract user stories from clients and map them to process diagrams and requirement documents is preferred.
  • Any knowledge or involvement in the development of a web application using full stack development.
  • Experience with cloud-based services, such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Any low code or general development certification that is relevant.

Preferred Skill Set:–

  • Excellent organizational and facilitation abilities.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of analytical and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is desirable.
  • Working experience creating applications using one or more low development platforms, such as Mendix, Power Platform, or Appian, is preferred.
