Job description Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat, WhatsApp, etc., Welcoming the paid users, make sure they log in to the learning portal and start learning by guiding them through the onboarding process. Monitoring learning progress and interacting with students regularly to ensure their learning is greater than 75% by suggesting tips and solutions. Ensure that users are actively participating in different activities and making good progress. Communicate users' progress and course-related updates to parents/guardians periodically.
