Job Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way Perform all other duties as assigned and required. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a customer support role Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Work Location: Hyderabad Working days : 6 days a week Basic Requirements: Need to have own laptop CTC: 3 - 3.6 LPA For More Details:- Click Here
