AXA Insurance is hiring for the position of Trainee - Global Technology!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Coordinate technical development activities across onshore and offshore teams and ensures high-quality work products that meet the business requirements
  • Estimate work requests at various levels with confidence
  • Build and maintain relationships with business teams
  • Participate in KT sessions conducted by business teams and provide feedback on requirements
  • Maintain working relationships with business users, developers, application support team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Moderate fluency in the following academic skills: Flow Charts, Basic coding skills in at least one programming language(C, C++, Java, Python etc.), RDBMS / Database concept
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies
