 WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Databricks & Scala development
  • Participate in the implementation as required by the ORS/BRS/Blue Dart project team requirement
  • Transformation and aggregation of data in Databricks from multiple formats
  • Data extraction from multiple sources and in different formats
  • Analyzing and transforming the data to drill into customer usage patterns
  • Unit test case preparation & unit testing execution
  • Performance turning/optimization for Scala code
  • Integration testing & UAT support as and required by the project
  • Provide knowledge transfer (KT)
  • Involved in Application lifecycle (requirement gathering/analysis, test preparation and planning, defects identification and fixing)


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Databricks & Scala development
  • Good understanding and development experience using Spark SQL, Scala
  • Understanding & working experience of Python programming
  • Understanding of non-SQL database for example Cosmos
  • Understanding of Synapse SQL Database
