Skill

•    Strong knowledge in SQL programming.
•    Strong Knowledge in Jira tool 
•    Good in SQL DB administration
•    Good in C# programming
•    Good in Java programming
•    Good in Version Control
•    Very good Analytical skills 
•    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively incl. attention to details
•    Basic understanding of the end to end incident management life cycle
•    Ability to do technical analysis and make an informed decision on the next steps and teams to involve
•    Providing accurate, detailed documentation to the user and on the incident, request or problem
•    Escalate incidents and requests via established processes when required
•    Experience using an enterprise ticketing system a plus
•    Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
•    Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
•    Prior experience in Technical support team will be an added advantage
