Job Responsibilities:–

  • Work Closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on policy and process knowledge of the region
  • Become a subject matter expert on Professional Services Enterprise (PSA tool)
  • Understand who the stakeholders are and build relationships with them
  • Provide guidance and support to the Sales teams when they have questions regarding invoicing process in completing SOWs and other bookings’ related information
  • Project data compliance to ensure smooth billings every month
  • Identify and organize subject matter experts to support change management requirements gathering
  • Create and deliver succinct, professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Apply a global mindset to all project planning efforts to ensure initiatives align organizationally.

Preferred Skill Set:–

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Experience with a major CRM system is a plus.
  • Prior experience with financial and quantitative concepts.
  • Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communications skills & the ability to influence at all levels of the organization up to VP.
  • Work closely with the business process team to understand the process and provide improvement ideas.
  • Ability to clearly understand and guide on processes and procedures.
