PhonePe is looking for a fresh graduate to join the insurance business team as a Category Analyst 

Experience Needed - Less than 1 year/Fresh graduates from Tier -1 Engineering Colleges 

Job Location - Bangalore, 40000/- + Free Laptop + WIFI

About the role - 

  1. The role is as cross functional as it gets.  You will be - 
  2. Working with internal stakeholders across the product, tech, analytics, marketing, operations & legal teams. 
  3. Working with the insurers to drive projects & category growth 
  4. You will be responsible for -
  5. Category Management & Operations Initiatives -  
  6. Tracking business & product funnel metrics and ensuring that the systems are running smoothly. 
  7. Working with Internal & External stakeholders to resolve any issues that come up. 
  8. Portfolio analysis and tracking to make sure where the book is headed. 

Category Growth Initiatives -  

  1. Marketing Initiatives - End to end ideation,  implementation & performance tracking of outreach campaigns across in-app assets like  banners, push notifications, widgets etc.

Stakeholder Management - 

  1. You will be project managing and leading integrations with new insurers. 
  2. You will be project managing product feature improvements with insurers.
