Job Description

In this role : will be responsible for implementing ADP clients on ADP strategic products focused

primarily on HCM, Payroll, TLM, Benefits and Talent modules. This position's primary responsibility is

analyzing requirements, installation, configuration, customization, upgrades, integration, enhancements,

training, and delivery of our ADP products/platforms and develop functional architectures to meet the

client's requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Understanding the functional specifications and creating new or update existing custom

modules as per the functional specification documents.

  • Co-ordinate with on-site Business Analysts and create the technical design documents for

the functional specification documents.

  • Primarily responsible for development of custom modules, unit testing & UAT support,

supporting Implementation go-live, providing support & fixes for any issues for the custom

interfaces that are developed.

  • Report development thru ADP reporting tools for various kind of client requirements.
  • Perform extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) using ADP ETL Tools.
  • Good command on SQL / PLSQL will be a big plus here.
  • Impact analysis of the product in case of any objects/parameters/requirements are changed.
